Care instructions

Cake toppers are best stored in a cardboard box in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture and humidity. Do not place them in the refrigerator or freezer.

Each Cake Topper is handmade out of gumpaste. The toppers contain structural supports like toothpicks and wire, to prevent breakages and to easily secure them to the cake. The structural supports make them unedible but the gumpaste and paint are completely edible making them safe to put on top of your cakes as no nasty chemicals will be absorb into the cake.

All my items are made to order. Each item is a custom creation and can be personalised.

Shipping

All items, when sent are in immaculate condition and I will take great care to ensure that they are protectively packaged. Due to the fragile nature of the product I only post express, with Australia Post, which comes with tracking to allow you to track the progress of your shipping. I can not be held responsible for any lost parcels by Australia Post and can not offer a refund on late or missing parcels.

While I take every precaution with packaging the toppers, although very little chance, a breakage may occur. In these circumstances they can generally be fixed. Please contact me as simple repairs can be made. I cannot be held responsible for the handling by Australia Post or any lost parcels but please do not hesitate to contact me if concerned.

Returns

Booking as early as possible is recommended to ensure availability but I recommend choosing carefully as I do not refund. All sales are final and I do not refund unless an item is described wrong in a listing. I can not be held responsible for lost parcels in the mail. Please ask before taking any actions as I am more than happy to try to work any problems out and make you as happy as possible.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations not accepted. Booking as early as possible is recommended to ensure availability but I recommend choosing carefully as I do not refund. Once an order is placed, I am unable to amend them for change of mind. Please get in touch if you have any concerns with your order.
